My Name is chef Ramon Herrera, I am a certified chef and educator and I enjoy passing knowledge to a generation who is not afraid to take their culinary curiosity to the next step. I have taught private and post-secondary experience as well as public education. I am also Servsafe certified and listed by the State
Every wondered what it is like to unlock a culinary culture? Wonder what it would be like to have your own private chef/teacher? "What's for Dinner Canton offers private classes at your home. As a group or one-on-one, you can receive the same training as a culinary school.
To service the public with the intricacies of basic cooking skills. To inspire creativity, team building and family fun. To encourage ongoing skills, enthusiasm and to pay forward a spirit of continual knowledge.

"The Family Pizza Party"
Make your own Mozzarella cheese while designing your own pizzas
One of our more popular packages that entails an assortment of fresh pasta making.
"A Girls' Night Out"
The Best of Chocolate: Learning the science, beauty and flavors of chocolate. We will study candy making, tasting, pairing and molding.
"Real Men Cooking"
Basic meat fabrication skills are taught as you learn the art of the stuffed flank steak, French Au Gratin Potatoes and sautéed arugula and spinach.
"The Couples Party"
Broiled lemon shrimp with piňa colada jasmine rice and cane-sugared gingered carrots.

It will be the clients responsibility to inform "What's for Dinner Canton of any changes such as guest counts 48 hours prior to contract event. In the event of cancellation "What's for Dinner" will charge 50% of contract costs to cover purchased expenses. "
Q, What is the cost? A. $25.00 per person. We buy all the food. See below.
Q. Are you a catering service? A. No, we are mainly teaching model.
Q. Can I bring in more friends to observe and take pics? A. We insist that this consists of paying customers prior to signing a release please.
Q. Can you do special occasions? A. yes it it will be limited to the packages offered.
Q. How many cay you have for a session? A. This would be arranged during our Consultation Session: during that time we can discuss location of activity, cultural considerations and any allergy concerns.
